SOLO World Partners and HOTA "HOTA-SOLO" Honored as Eaton Corp’s Supplier of the Year
HOTA-SOLO, in collaboration with its key supplier HOTA, is proud to announce its recognition by Eaton Corp as a Supplier of the Year for outstanding performance in global supply chain excellence. This award highlights HOTA-SOLO’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and seamless execution in the manufacturing and delivery of high-performance components.
Delivering Excellence: 35 New Part Numbers, 100% OTD, 0 PPM
As part of Eaton’s new program, HOTA-SOLO were entrusted with the supply of 35 distinct high-performance shaft components. These critical parts required rigorous Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) certification and engineering validation testing within a demanding 12-month timeline. Despite these challenges, HOTA-SOLO and its supplier successfully achieved:
100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) – Ensuring seamless production schedules and zero disruptions.
0 Parts Per Million (PPM) defect rate – Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to first-time quality and reliability.
This achievement is a testament to HOTA-SOLO’s expertise in supply chain optimization, risk mitigation, and collaborative execution with its supplier network.
